Bar One provides mobile bar hire and cocktail services for private and corporate events. Our services include bartending, cocktail creation, bar setup, and related hospitality services as agreed upon in your booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment terms will be outlined in your quote and booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to full payment.

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Bar One is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage. Clients must ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age (18+ in the UK).

6. Liability

• Bar One carries appropriate public liability insurance.
• We are not liable for any damage to the venue or property caused by event guests.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the event venue is suitable and safe for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Bar One and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs at events for marketing purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for photographs to be taken or used.
